  • Individual sessions run for 50 - 60mins.

    Couples Counselling run for 50 - 60mins.

Group Presentations are tailored to your needs.

  • First get in touch and we can have a short conversation about what you are looking for.

If we are a good fit you can either find a time to have our first session or you can think about it and book in later. There is no pressure to book in straight away.

Once your appointment is booked, I will send you some intake paperwork to be completed prior to your first session.

I will send details of our session before the session commences.

In our first session we will go over some of the intake documents and you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. I will ask some questions too so that I can understand what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to achieve throughout the process.

At the end of each session we can book in your next appointment, or you can call back later to book another appointment when you wish.

  • We can decide this together at the time of booking. Both options are great.

That being said, I recommend that In Person sessions are best if discussing issues relating to experiences of Trauma.

I also recommend Couples Counselling sessions are held predominantly in person but I understand that sometimes this is not possible.

If you are still unsure you can always try both In-Person or on Zoom sessions and see which you prefer best.

You can also switch between the two formats depending on your needs.

NB: if you have booked an in person session you are required to give me 48 hours notice if you need to change it to a Zoom session. (see cancellation policy).

  • Online counselling can be as effective as face-to-face counselling for many people, research suggests.

Since COVID Telehealth has really advanced and found its place in the counselling world. Online counselling offers flexibility and convenience. Sometimes it is the only way to carve out the time needed for your therapy during a busy work day. You can access therapy from your home, office, or even while travelling.

I have lots of experience with online counselling, having been working this way since 2020, and have witnessed its effectiveness, and the benefits to clients across Australia and those travelling, or living overseas.

  • I will make every effort to book your appointment at a time that suits us both best, however sessions are “By Appointment Only” meaning I am not available 24/7 to chat.
